My latest roasts were Brazil Fazenda Monte Verde and Costa Rica Tarrazu Dota Providencia. I tried to make sure I was into 2nd crack for these roasts. The last roast was a bit too light. Just into 2nd crack is considered Full City +. Just before 2nd crack is Full City. I can’t really determine when is just before 2nd crack. My temperature recording is too primitive. The RoastMaster app that I use on the iPad is really helping collect the kind of data I need to make a better determination of when to stop a roast at a given roast level.
