My less than 30 day old BDB needs to go back to the service center in Torrance, CA for repair. It’s just a minor drip of the hot water outlet, the little tube where you get hot water for making Americanos, heating your cups or making tea. I was surprised–I thought they would offer to send me a new machine and not have to return this one until the new one arrives. That seemed to be some people’s experience that I read about on Home-Barista. No such luck. I’m pretty upset about it.
